The delivery of my Edifier speakers was amazingly swift - two days. Using them with Bluetooth on my Iphone, I am a little disappointed with the quality of reproduction of full classical orchestra ( my ear buds do it better), but they are good for instrumental solo and vocal.

Quality of product can't be faulted gave to son as christmas eve present as he loves his records. Only issue the cleaner fluid in bottle had leaked into storage Container so big disappointment as expected better.

I was pleased overall with the website. However , I couldn't find the dimensions of the speakers anywhere . I ordered in the hope that the size was OK. Luckily it was. The only other downfall I thought was the delivery . It was great that it was fast but there wasn't any notification of when it was likely to be on the website before the order went through. At the time it was due to be delivered I wasn't going to be in. I had several attempts to change the delivery time on the couriers website but it wouldn't let me. Luckily the courier managed to leave with a neighbour which is what I would have requested anyway if their website had allowed me. I was worried that they might leave them at my property unattended. All worked ot fine in the end though. Very happy with the product.

The audio is great, however the delivery left a lot to be desired after paying for next day, It arrived after me having to contact the courier and complaining.

I purchased an Evoke Home internet radio/CD player. The item sent to me is one that had undoubtedly been previously purchased and returned by someone else. The box had been opened before, and the original seal of the box had been broken - and ordinary sellotape was used to seal the corners instead. When I turned it on, it showed 'Chris iphone' as a connected device. This has now disappeared after I connected it to my home wifi. I took photos but subsequently deleted them since I do not intend to return the item, which is working all right

Bought outdoor speakers, Bluetooth amp and outdoor speaker cable Website easy to use Good technical support on each page Delivery prompt Main issue is remit that came with amp is faulty - constant flashing red light - need to return for a swap so I guess I’ll see how good their customer services are too

Good stuff when it arrives. the last order before was lost by DPD and i was told by Craig if it happens again they would not refund it. not my problem. if i have not recieved it i wont pay for it. end of JOHN MANNION

Hi John, thanks for your orders. Just to clarify, the order wasn't lost it was taken to a local collection shop because you weren't available to take the delivery at home, you were unwilling to collect it so the parcel was then lost in the system and we refunded you in full despite not being able to recover our costs for the product even though it had been delivered. You then requested to buy the item again from us, I said that if it was taken to a collection shop again then it would need to be collected and not simply refunded. We helped you out by changing delivery service to Parcel Force and the parcel was successfully delivered. Thanks again for buying from us and enjoy your new subwoofer. Kind regards, Craig.

The product works as expected! I did face an issue with the delivery , even though I paid for next day express delivery DPD ( by paying 7£ extra) I only got it 2 days later , as the standard delivery , so that was bit disappointing as I had paid extra specifically to get it early

I have checked this for you and you placed your order at 7pm Monday 27th February, it was dispatched on Tuesday 28th (the next working day as you placed order in the evening after our cut off for same day delivery which is 2pm) via DPD Next Day and it was delivered the next day on 1st March at 15:12. A few issues like wrong speakers being delivered but once notified replacements were sent next day delivery. Communication wasnt immediate on thier part but was continual once the mistake was noted.

Speaker turned up on time but have a fault on transformer have email twice now with no response

Product arrived a few days after it was supposed to and the product was fine and the communication throughout was good. Only disappointment was the colour of the light which was white but the advertising which probably isn’t K&Bs issue; showed the light as being more like light grey as opposed to brilliant white.

Phoned up for some advice on bathroom bluetooth speakers. The lady on the phone couldn't have got rid of me quicker. Just kept telling me to look at the website. Well if the information was on the website I wouldn't have had to call!! Happy with the speakers I bought but will be going elsewhere for the rest.
