“This was a birthday present for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. He was left lots of records by his father so this has been great. The record player was easy to set up and sounds great. We are really pleased with this purchase. Would recommend highly.”

“Record player and speakers came with lots of different parts/attachements -with descriptions that make no sense to me. I tried to sort via 'chat' on-line, but as not real person, not helpful. Record player and speakers still waiting to be attached-waiting in hope for someone I know to be able to make sense of it for me!”

Hi, thanks for your review. Sorry to see that you are having issues setting up the LP60X turntable. We did email you clear step by step instructions with pictures on how to install the belt and connect the cables. I have reviewed the conversation you had with our AI chat bot and it did also give you the correct information, then recommended you contact us via phone or email which we don't appear to have had. “Great selection of turntable/amp/speaker bundles. Had difficulty getting an output from the powered speakers but a phone call to the shop explained clearly how to do it. Only negative is that instructions aren't clear (for a layman). Would help with a photo of complete connections at the rear of the speakers and turntable. All in all very pleased with K&B audio and would recommend them to others. Very happy with our bundle.”

“I recently purchased a record player from K&B Audio and I am absolutely delighted with it. The website was really informative giving lots of information which really helped when deciding what to buy. Delivery was super quick and I loved the email they sent out explaining how to set it up which was really helpful to someone with no technical know-how. “Honestly ha ha! K & B audio are one of the best online sites I have purchased from. From best price on the net to very fast delivery , I can't fault them. “Great servuce from K& B when I recently purchased my hifi. I was not spending a fortune as some do , but rang initially for advice , which was guven . Unit ordered on line and arrived next day . They sent me an email explaining set up procedure , which was helpfull , and the offer of phone help if needed . Overall very pleased woth the product I bought , and service given”
