“Placed my order at 4pm on a Friday, delivery was made at 3pm the next day! Communication from K&B Audio from order to delivery was excellent, & other emails, such as one regarding set up guidance, have proven to be very helpful. Exactly the sort of experience you hope for, but rarely have, when ordering online.”

“Very disappointing: after taking the trouble to ring K&B especially to inquire what size batteries the DAB10 requires, I was told Size C.. I then ordered one and it turns out the DAB10 is mains only powered. The young man I had spoken with, had been fantasising to make a sale and couldn't be bothered to check properly. I was needing a portable radio. The DAB10 IS NOT PORTABLE. Very poor customer service. DON'T TRUST THEM.”

Hi Mark, thanks for your order and your review. My apologies that we got the specifications wrong, it looks like the product has recently changed and we had an outdated spec sheet (now fixed). We certainly do not need to make up specs to get a £39 sale so I can only apologies for the error. “After searching on line for recommendations, I ordered (and received) the Audio-technica turntable (Bluetooth enabled) and Edifier R1700BT speakers (again Bluetooth enabled), from K&B Audio. Absolutely brilliant! As soon as order was put in, communication started. Keeping me updated on progress/delivery etc. Arrived within 3 days! This was very well packaged, brand new, and complete with instructions. I had this up and playing within the hour. I am very pleased with this purchase and the service received. Great for 1st time vinyl users, which is also compatible with new technology. Many thanks.”

Hi John, thanks for your order and review. I can see that you ordered on Monday with free delivery, we shipped it the same day but as you are at the top end of Scotland it takes a few working days to get to you. “K&B Audio are excellent! From the minute I placed my order to when it arrived they let me know exactly what was going on and where my parcel was. They even sent through instructions on how to set everything up and were very clear that if I had any problems I could easily get in touch. I didn't have any issues, it was all very self explanatory with the instructions I had sent. The product is excellent quality and I couldn't be happier!”
