Speaker arrived damaged/ faulty I was then told it would need to be sent back then sent to lithe audio themselves before a new one was sent out even though I provided clear photos of the damaged speaker only an hour after they were delivered. Will not be using again

Hi James, sorry to see that the speaker you received had a manufacturer defect/damage, it's very uncommon with this product so I can only apologise. We had initially arranged for Lithe Audio to collect the next working day from when you sent us the pictures, then a replacement would be sent out the day after so it would have been resolved within 2 working days. We then agreed to send an advance replacement out, which has already been sorted before this review, so my apologies that you weren't happy with the resolution given. Whilst I feel we acted on the issue quickly, I am updating and improving our procedures and we will be sending advance replacements with collections on any future orders where goods arrive damaged then dealing with the manufacturer afterwards. Hi Andrew, I replied to your email a couple of days ago with details on how to correctly fit the belt to get your turntable working but we've never heard back from you since your email and review were left. Not good so far. The turntable isn't working and the arm seems incredibly delicate. Needle slipping and the records aren't playing properly.

Hi Richard, sorry to see that you're having issues. The stylus appears to have been damaged based on your video, these are a delicate part and can be damaged easily. We've sent out a replacement as a gesture of goodwill which will hopefully get you back up and running. Regards, Craig.

Hi Dean, I am sorry to see that you have left us negative review prior to contacting us about the missing delivery. I can see that your order was placed at 8:39 on 31st July and was dispatched on the 1st August via DPD next working day. Delivery was attempted three times but no one was home and DPD are waiting for further instruction. I have sent you an email separately to resolve the issue. Kind regards, Craig.

I contacted customer service to ask them to contact Parcelforce so that they could redeliver my order as they had ignored my requests online. The customer service agent argued with me on email- very unprofessional; and basically blamed me for the situation. He then said that he had contacted Parcelforce who had agreed to redeliver the item. After 4 days of waiting and ended up having to drive to the other side of town to collect my order as the electrician was waiting to fit the item. I'm still waiting for my delivery charge to be reimbursed as requested.

Hi Evette, my apologies for the issues you've had with Parcel Force. They are normally reliable and don't cause us any issues. I can see that you placed the order on the 28th and Parcel Force attempted delivery on the 29th with no one at home so took it to a local post office instead of re-delivering it the next day so I apologise on their behalf. I have reviewed the email chain with our customer service agent and see that he requested Parcel Force to re-deliver to your home address, which unfortunately Parcel Force did not do leaving the only option to collect from your local post office. I will refund your delivery costs as a gesture of goodwill and once again apologise for your delivery experience. Kind regards, Craig.

Hi Monica, sorry that you feel our customer services is not satisfactory. You bought a radio unit from us which we delivered the next working day, free of charge, and you reported that the battery for the remote control was not working which we diagnosed as a missing battery, our team set upon arranging a replacement battery to be sent out to you (first time we've ever had a missing battery) but unfortunately you've left this review before we even had a chance to resolve the situation. I appreciate that you'd rather have a replacement remote control, however the manufacturer does not supply spare remote controls so under warranty you would have had to return the entire radio for replacement and at the time we were under the assumption that you simply needed a battery, we were trying to avoid you of that hassle by initially replacing the missing battery first rather than requesting the unit back, if the remote did not work after that then we would have arranged a replacement via warranty. If the unit is still not functioning as expected then we would be happy to accept it back for refund or replacement under warranty. Kind regards, Craig

I would write a review on their very nice looking Bluetooth speaker but it hasn’t arrived since I ordered it two weeks ago despite the status saying ‘dispatched’ for over 10days. Maybe I should write a review about their delivery service...

Hi Dominic, We've replied to your email within 24 hours (working days) after it was sent in on a Saturday and offered some things to check and a clear replacement process if the initial checks do not resolve the issue. Please note that we are closed on weekends and do our best to reply to all weekend enquiries and issues ASAP where possible by Monday/Tuesday at the latest. Kind regards, Craig.

Bought item on line. Listed as in stock. Actually spoke to an advisor prior to ordering. Placed order, K&B took the money, sent a confirmation email and then silence. 3 days later phoned to find out status only to be told they had no stock and would not get any more until July!! Apparently i was next on the list to call and be told? Absolute garbage from start to finish.

Hi Mark, I am really sorry for the issues with this, it was in stock when you contacted us but they were selling quite fast, we oversold by 1 rock speaker which was unfortunately yours. We thought we could get one from another source hence keeping you waiting but unfortunately we couldn't get that either. We are really sorry to have let you down, our stock is normally very accurate but as we're running with just 2 people due to COVID-19 we are making some mistakes. Kind regards, Craig . M.D

Hi, I have looked into this and your order was dispatched on the same day as your order via next working day delivery using ParcelForce. It appears that delivery was not possible on the next working day (does not state why on tracking, possibly no one home) and they re-delivered it on the Saturday. I am sorry it did not arrive next working day but it was dispatched on the same day via next working day as per our promise. 99% of parcels arrive next working day. Apologies again, enjoy your system. Craig.

By the far the worse experience ever. - Bought a Systemline E200BT DAB/FM In Wall Radio, which is faulty as it does not pick up any DAB radio stations. - Contacted to return - It is not a 'No Hassle Return' as advertised on their website. - I have to pay for return postage, even though item is faulty. Got told that the antenna supplied with the radio is not a DAB antenna, so the fact that this does not pick up any DAB station isn't faulty according to them. This is advertised as a DAB radio but apparently isn't supplied with a DAB antenna?! The worse returns experience ever. Will never ever use this company again!

Hello, I am sorry you feel this way, however this review is not very fair as you have only just contacted us the same day you have left this review, you have not even returned the item yet. We have replied to you promptly and have not given any objection to you returning the item. DAB reception is hit and miss and often requires an external roof/loft mounted aerial. This does not make the item faulty. We will of course fully test this item when returned. The included antenna is FM/DAB suitable for the item but if you are in a poor DAB area then as per the above the external antenna is required. I have replied to your email and have offered to refund your return postage as a gesture of good will, however this review is unfair, we delivered the item very quickly, we have replied promptly to your contact, we are happy for you to return for a full refund, and if found faulty we would always refund postage.
