“Thanks so much for taking the time last week to discuss various turntables over the phone as I couldn't make into the shop. I was worried about fiddly set up issues, but it was easy with the booklet and a detailed You Tube clip. Very pleased with customer support and product quality. I narrowly missed the next day cutoff, but I did receive it, so thanks again.”

Hi Stephen, my apologies that you received a faulty turntable. We sent you a pre-paid returns label at the time of your call and replaced the turntable within 3 working days. We do need to receive the faulty item back to confirm the fault and resolve for you prior to sending out a replacement but we aim to get this done ASAP. Kind regards, Craig.

“The products are great and the experience of buying them online went well. Delivered promptly. The product photos online were those from edifier which is fair. But they give a misleading impression of the relative size of the sub to the speakers, so if K&B wanted to go above and beyond youn could clarify that point. But overall everything was excellent.”

“The quality and depth of the information provided on the K&B Audio website to the average punter looking for a common or garden radio is as unexpected as it's exemplary. The website content is clearly the work of sound enthusiasts, keen to communicate the simple sophistication of today's radio experience, recognising the fact that most listeners come with a pretty basic appreciation of what is available and the merits of each. The website was extremely easy to use and the information so thorough, professionally presented and without bias that I was able to select the radio I wanted within minutes, without fear of being misled. I opted for a Majority Internet Radio set which is superb in sound transmisison, easy to use, handsome and offers the full range of modern radio technology. It was easy to set up and I am enamored with what it can do, including let me enjoy Spotify and over 100 radio stations across the globe for a suprisijngly low asking price. Purchasing the item was without hitches - streamlined, straightforward and fast. And, on top of that, I ordered my radio in the late afternoon one day and it arrived the next morning, at no extra cost. Everything about the radio and the service provided by K&B Audio has been something to write home about.”

“From looking on the web site, and selecting our purchase, to ordering, delivery and supportive emails around setting up the gear absolutely top class. Then the main event, we purchased decks and speakers for our home, our old system having died on us. We bought an Audio-Technica LP60X turntable and Edifier R1280T speakers. Our old vinyl 12 & 7 inch sounds magnificent we are absolutely delighted with our purchase.”
