“The turntable and bookshelf speakers we bought are of great quality for the price and were well packaged. Unfortunately I can't leave a higher review because our experience with getting this item delivered from FedEx was absolutely farcical, despite K&B Audio also intervening to try and get the item delivered. I would recommend K&B Audio otherwise though.”

“First time customer of K&B audio and it won’t be the last. Very satisfied with the level of service provided. Delivery from order to door was within a couple of days and I was kept fully informed of the tracking of delivery. Product was as advertised and 100% happy with the quality. Products were Edifier speakers and updated stylus. Product pricing was excellent and received a discount as a first time buyer. Would highly recommend.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars then I would! The product is absolutely amazing. Customer service were amazing, I had a mishap with 1 of my parcels and they were straight on it with the delivery company to locate my parcel. Fastest customer service i believe ive ever dealt with.”

“Hi , very pleased with the outcome , had to get someone to connect it as being a non technical person I usually can't understand the instruction leaflet but I suppose that's down to me ! Once connected the volume is now crisp and cinema like so now I can watch TV without trying to work out conversations , thank you . Trevor .”

“Easy to use the web site. Lots of useful information. Ordering process easy. DPD's tracking wasn't good - you have to be in to take delivery and they only gave me an hours notice. Notwithstanding that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend K&B Audio”

“An excellent audio system and bought with ease from a fantastic and easy to deal with company. A pre-purchase question quickly answered, navigating the shop was straightforward and the stereo and turntable were in our possession a little over 24 hours later. “Ordered the Pure Classic H4i from K&B Audio which was delivered within 48 hours which I consider excellent service. The radio was well packaged for delivery which is very reassuring. The radio itself is exactly as advertised which I'm very happy with, good sound quality as you'd expect from Pure and with internet radio for a wide range of stations. This was my first purchase from K&B Audio, it won't be my last judged on this experience.”
