“I phoned for some advice on what speakers they would recommend for a turntable I had purchased from them earlier in the year. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable and he helped me pick out speakers that would be suitable for my requirements. I ordered them online and they arrived the next day! Delighted with them. Highly recommend.”

“Ordered an audio technical turntable and Bluetooth edifier speakers for my son's 21st birthday. Package delivered within 2 days and K&B aso sent a very helpful email on how to set it all up. My son is chuffed to bits with it and is now a vinyl convert. Excellent service and product, many thanks to K&B audio. Will defo use you again.”

“Upgraded my starter all in one record player to an audio technica with Edifier speakers. Im still a beginner collector so wanted a bit of info to help me decide. The K&B website was so helpful and gave me all the info I needed to help me decide! Delivery was super quick, (next day) well packaged and everything I needed to get going at a great price too! They’ve also sent me some helpful tips on how to keep my records in good condition! Definitely recommend K&B, I will be returning :)”

“This was ordered as a gift for my son's 30th. He researched the product and KB was the only stockist. The ordering process was easy, KB kept me fully informed on delivery which was very prompt. I've had a helpful email with info on setting up and another one on caring for vinyls. Would recommend this company.”

“Loving the new set up of Edifier R1280DB & Audio-Technica LP60X Turntable with Bluetooth Speakers. Easy set up (only a couple of steps) and sounds great. Have also really appreciated the subsequent email guides, nice touch.”

“I like to shop direct with great companies and not use the “big chains” as you rarely get good customer service. My purchase with K&B proved this to be true. I purchased a record player and speakers for my daughter on a next day delivery on line - due to an issue on the website it changed it to 3 day delivery. I immediately called K&B and spoke to Jack who was helpful, polite and supportive and got this sorted immediately. As promised and the goods were delivered safely and securely and exceptionally well packaged the next day tracked with DPD. Great to deal with and would highly recommend.”
