I like to shop direct with great companies and not use the “big chains” as you rarely get good customer service. My purchase with K&B proved this to be true. I purchased a record player and speakers for my daughter on a next day delivery on line - due to an issue on the website it changed it to 3 day delivery. I immediately called K&B and spoke to Jack who was helpful, polite and supportive and got this sorted immediately. As promised and the goods were delivered safely and securely and exceptionally well packaged the next day tracked with DPD. Great to deal with and would highly recommend.
