“Louise at the Tartan Blanket Co. has provided the best customer service. She was so kind to help me track down our missing order due to DHL mistake. Our package arrived quickly and safely! I took a peek inside at my two orders, two custom embroidered baby blankets and they are SO stunning and so soft. The embroidery is delicate and beautiful. It was packaged so beautiful and arrived just in time for Christmas. We look forward to adding to our collecting the in the years to come. I would like to especially say how lovely it was to have our card that we purchased hand written with our note. The fact that it was hand written was so special and just made us feel like our order was handled with care and love. You just cant find that kind of special touch these days. Thank you so much Tartan Blanket Co. You are truly wonderful!”

“Unfortunately I haven't actually seen the finished product as on both occasions I have bought as gifts for others. The one that was received ( the other is in transit to Australia) was greatly admired. However customer service is great and so I would highly recommend this company on my experience so far.”

“Bought as a gift for my cousin in Canada, she loved the scarf. I also included a candle, mug, tea, shortbread and a decoration for her tree. She was delighted with the hamper. It arrived on time and the process for purchasing was very easy to use. Would recommend and will use again!”

“Scarf arrived safely & on time, well packed & presented. As it’s a present for someone I haven’t unpacked it but cannot see anything untoward at all. The ordering process was straightforward and easy, especially the option for additional personalization which is a great little plus for not much extra. All in all a job well done! 👍🏼🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿”

“Yes we received our orders. I ordered 5 blankets for Christmas gifts for 5 different people and they look wonderful. I was disappointed that they did not each come in their own box. It would have been that much nicer to present each person with their own box.”
