“I'm really happy with my purchase. I've been staring at TBCo's website for a long time and I really wanted to buy something so I finally gave in and bought a scarf for my boyfriend. I think he will really like as a Christmas present. I was so happy with the engraving as it was such a special touch and I loved the gift card. Thank you!”

“I am very happy with the quality & size of the large pet blankets & my cats love them. However, the colour indicated in the photos are not always the same as the colour of the blanket when it arrives. I have had to return blankets as the colours were totally different but I had no trouble in having them replaced. It would have been nice if I had been offered a discount when I pointed this out to customer service but they never acknowledged the problem. Had they acknowledged the problem or apologised I would have given another star.”

“The blanket is yet to show as it was delivered to someone else's house according to the Royal Mail photo on their tracking site. I have contacted you about this as it is the sender's responsibility to contact Royal Mail (and ensure proper delivery) but have heard nothing back from you. At the least, you should send a replacement or ensure a full refund ASAP.”

“The delivery was made with no problems at all. The blanket was beautifully packaged. I don't know what I was expecting, in terms of quality, but I have to say the blanket itself is absolutely lovely. I'm so pleased with it.”
