“Lovely quality product bought as a gift, beautifully presented in a box. Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly what the recipient wanted, so we ordered what she did want, which arrived as quickly as the original item did. The refund was processed within 4 days (including a weekend). I can't fault the purchase or refund process. This Company understand what the customer wants and how to provide it, they are a pleasure to deal with. David”

“Nice quality scarf but the colours in the photo looked slightly different to what we got and doesn’t quite suit the person we bought it for in the end. We were a little disappointed but too much effort to exchange and pay for postage again etc.”

“I had a really disappointing experience with the gift box ordered on this website. The candle which was part of it was poorly packed and the glass around it broke, which caused not only frustrated emotions about the gift but also accidental cuts of the gift receiver. The festive mood was totally ruined. After complaining about the matter I was promised a replacement candle which has never arrived. The fact effectively summed up the terrible experience of the shop.”
