“The trainer was very knowledgeable and his tone/pace of speaking was good. He stuck to his timetable/agenda which made is easy to plan my day. He had a lot of real, personal examples to back up his knowledge and used a good variety of picture, diagrams and videos as well as text. However, there was a lot of listening and not many opportunities for interaction/discussion or delegate participation which at times made the course dull. Also, red text on blue slides is not the easiest to read, and I suggest altering the colour of the slides to make it clearer for those with vision difficulties.”

“Yes Mel the course trainer was excellent. However the information about how to access the course was issued too late and was not very clear. Also my access e-mail did not arrive in morning of course so i had to phone to get this sent through. This needs improving.”
