“I did not enjoy the course at all simply because the trainer you had on was rude and un supportive, i am not the best when it comes to using computers, but always try my best. instead of trying to help it became apparent that he had no time for me. he then continued to single me all through the course. calling me Mr upside down simply because i was having issues. if i was dyslexic would he have called me out as much as he did. even though i had so much trouble i still managed to pass the course with a score of 93% not bad for someone who spent most of the day trying to fix issues i have no experience with. He was totally unprofessional and i found his knowlage outside of what he was reading lacking but i didnt call him out. For example he couldnt see the problem with giving materials away that you might come accross onsite to local groups without first getting it tested. with this being based on enviromental awareness he showed his lack of.”

“Whilst there was a real attempt to engage participants, the trainer was friendly and had good use of video and group breakrooms, avoiding just death by powerpoint, the training approach was really poor overall. Questions were phrased in a way that was difficult to understand the purpose, they were often very general or not relevant. Some questions were phrased in a biased way toward a certain conclusion or opinion which was often not objective or fact based. The trainer rarely acknowledged someone's answer. The trainers dialogue was frequently biased, opinionated and not factual. In some cases facts were asserted which were incorrect or misleading. Key terms of the course were mixed up in explanations - for instance Sustainability was confused with Environment, and Incentivisation was confused with Certification. Overall in an attempt to acknowledge the course was quite a dry subject, and mix it up a bit, the trainer totally undermined the subject matter, and made the day very confusing and frustrating to say the least.”
