“Sean O’Brien was our tutor., Course was quite long winded I felt, an hour wasted at beginning teaching people how to use a computer. It felt more like basic health and safety as opposed to site supervisor. However it’s done for another 5 years.”

“Trainer (Sean O’Brien) was very good. A few suggested improvements: Implement more frequent but shorter breaks (e.g. 2 x 15 minute breaks, rather than 1 x 30 minute breaks). Provide delegates the choice of either printed hard copy of book, or the electronic copy. Alternatively, make the electronic copy last the full 5 years of the qualification. Many thanks.”
