“IOSH Managing Safely - Mel Henaugan Notes were delayed coming through and the inability to print some pages was frustrating. Mel was great, concise and deliberate in his delivery and remained interesting often referencing examples which kept the topic lighter than it may have otherwise been.”

Everything was explained in enough detail to remind people about the various H&S regulations but did not become too detail orientated. Good break up of the days so that people did not become too distracted. Mel was very informative and conducted the course at a good pace”

“I have enjoyed the course. It was well delivered and Sean O'Brien as done a good job at explaining the topics. He's done well at engaging with everyone and keeping people engaged. He's a great teacher and is clearly passionate about the topic. My comments for improvement links to the timing of the course. Felt that an hour on Wednesday, 4 hours on Thurs and a further hour on Fri was excessive for a 10 minute presentation.”

“The course was very good and a good reminder of CDM’s and what to keep an eye out for regarding your company and rams. Our tutor was good and very informative and made the 2 days as enjoyable as possible. The venue is poor for parking but there is alternative places to park which are only a short walk away Original emails I were sent stated 8:30 start but had received an email day or two before which went to my junk saying 8am start, which I only have just seen. Not sure why the original emails state 8:30. This has happened on a previous course I did with Target Zero so I did actually get to the venue before 8am Tea and coffee were provided but there was no actual spoons in the kitchen area or sugar. I would recommend Target Zero to others.”
