“Great 2 day refresher. Our trainer Ian was great. The refresher courses can be very slide show happy and you sit listening to a trainer reading the course information to word for word and quickly lose interest. However, this was not the case with Ian. Worked well to keep the class on their toes which was very refreshing. Great course & great trainer. Well done Ian”
