“The course was good overall. However, the instructor often referred to construction workers as 'he' or 'his' as opposed to they, this was also the case on many of the slides, particularly referring to 'banksmen'. I am a woman and have worked on construction sites and seen many women working a variety of jobs within the site. Please think about your audience!”
