Ian avoided labouring topics we already were familiar and well versed with and covered the key updates and changes in an engaging manner. Good Online Course which we hope to take again when up for renewal in 5 years.”

“Great refresher course with Ian Pykett. Very relaxed and informal with an experienced and knowledgeable trainer. Ian did a great job of using humour to put everyone at ease and calm any nerves they may have had about the exam. He was well prepared and had plans in place for if people lost wifi connection etc, and offered plenty of support by phone and email if required. Good anecdotes and video clips to back up the course content. Really good refresher to blow the cobwebs off previous knowledge. Ian is a credit to your organisation.”
