“1st Class Service. Item had universal 1/2 " connections which was easy for me to fit personally. German quality item, which was excelent value for money. And as a bonus, the Postage was free! Processed and despatched very quickly. I am one very satisfied customer, who highly recommend this company and the goods (New flexihose for a shower) I purchased. “The item I ordered, a basin pedestal, was easy to order, It was delivered on time. Communications from the company were really good. The delivery driver asked me to check the delivered item to make sure it was good, as there is a returns policy if it was not. The pedestal, was exactly what I wanted and arrived in good condtion, so very pleased.”

“taps arrive when they said they would so all good. Can't comment on the taps themselves as the plumber's appointment i not untill next week, so keeping everything crossed they will be fine”

“Good customer service. The product that I ordered was showing in stock at time of delivery but was no longer in stock at time of picking. Changed delivery addresses a few times without any issue. My order was cancelled and refunded after 4 months due to supply issues. It would have been nice to have been advised that the order was being cancelled before receiving a refund notification email. When asked why the order was cancelled it was explained that the item was no longer available and an alternative product number was advised. This was ordered and delivered within a few days.”
