Please note that since the order was placed and cancelled on the same day, in many instances your card may not have been charged at all. However, if the payment was charged to your card, we can confirm that the same was refunded on 02 June and should appear within 3 to 7 business days on your statement for UK banks/cards. We have also sent you the confirmation of your refund from our payment gateway by email, which shows the refund time, date, reference and the last four digits of the card.
