“Excellent service, I phoned Taps Empire first to make sure my item was in stock, prior to ordering online. The man on the phone was so helpful and assured me it was in stock and that I would have it in 2 days, which I did! Lovely helpful delivery driver too. Excellent service and would happily use again.”

“Simply, a great service! Ordered a Grohe Euphoria shower at a super price and it was promptly delivered. The were a couple of clicks in the hose but this item was immediately replaced through efficient comms and a sincere apology (which wasn't their fault anyway). Based on an easy and reassuring purchase, I would hesitate to recommend. Thank you. 👏”

“Product was as seen and fitted very well. Excellent communication. Only reason for not 5 stars was that on the confirmation email it stated that I was to be given a call an hour before delivery. This didn’t happen, and had to be left with a neighbour instead.”

“Needed a shower base in a hurry after being very let down by another supplier, whom I shall not name. Spoke to a sales gentleman at Taps Empire last Thursday and ordered a classic MX pentagonal base. Received the next day in Cornwall. Amazing service and price. Kept in the loop during the process-thanks and would use again. Mike Tonkin”

Thanks for your feedback. Most sanitaryware items are supplied without considerable packaging from the manufacturers - It is not unusual for a basin or toilet pan to be supplied with shrink wrap at most. Since they are unsuitable for transport by regular parcel couriers, we use specialist delivery services to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
