“Sorry about the review being late in coming, have only had them fitted today although I have had them a week, Here we go. Thank you Taps Empire for such excellent service given, from the time my order was taken plus delivery, all excellent. The purchase price I paid was very favourable compared to other websites I had looked at. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people wanting to purchase from them. This is my honest opinion only.”

“Order placed and franke kitchen tap arrived quickly. The tap had platting manufacturing issues and needed to be replaced. Emailed about the problem and had a replacement dispatched a day later. Very good customer service.”

“I bought a Perrin & Rowe Rubiq Sink Mixer with U Spout & Rinse in Chrome. It is a quality tap and I am pleased with the product. The website said that there would be a delay in getting the tap so I rang Taps Empire for a time estimate and was told that it would be at least 6 weeks and possibly longer due to delays at the manufacturer. I was therefore somewhat surprised to receive the tap the following day! Luckily I was in to receive delivery, it could have been a problem if I had been on holiday as I was not expecting the tap for several weeks. But the tap arrived well packaged and undamaged.”

“Waiting for a £20 siphon but the delivery people insist on a signature so won't drop off if no one home. No delivery time, just a day, so be prepared to wait in all day. Currently on 3rd delivery attempt...”

Thanks for your feedback. Your order was despatched by Parcelforce 24 and the tracking information was provided by email. Although we are unable to confirm why the parcel wasn't left outside the house, it is at the driver's discretion to ensure safe delivery. Nevertheless, a calling card was left with the option to collect the parcel from their local depot/post office or to rearrange a convenient day for delivery. Parcelforce have also advised that they offer live tracking on their website to follow the driver on the day of delivery and also provide an approximate time window for the expected delivery.
