“Avoid, deadful company, no returns policy. Will not refund anything or return goods. Just straight theft. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH.”

“Dreadful company, they sell second hand damage equipment and then refuse to give a refund when its returned, total scam company from a backroom in Bradford. I wouldn't be surprised if it's run out of a transit van.”

No offence to Bradford, but our showroom is based in Rainham, Essex and we only sell brand new goods. Crossed wires?

“Good Price for the Bristan Exposed Shower Valve. Simple and secure system of ordering. Quick delivery of the item that was well packaged and the valve looks OK however, I shall have to wait for my plumber to confirm that it is fit for purpose.”

“A little slow to acknowledge payment but very quick delivery there after. I think Taps Empire should have been able to answer my initial query concerning the compatibility of the referenced tap with a gravity fed hot water system rather than referring me to Franke Customer Services.”
