“Ordered a Rak toilet which arrived promptly and safely. The packaging was very good. Have yet to install the toilet but at this stage can see no reason why it should be a problem.”

“They have been very helpful in our attempt to return what we considered to be an incorrectly labelled toilet seat where we felt that the colour was not what we ordered. Ideal/Armitage have used the Health and Safety excuse to refuse accepting it back.”

“We ordered a bath online and the order was processed very quickly. The communication from the company about delivery was great and the price of the produce I bought was very competitive. The only issue was that the delivery needed rescheduling twice due to them discovering the produce was damaged twice. Completely out of the company's control but the changing was a little inconvenient hence me not giving 5 stars.”

“I had to undertake research with ideal standard (fast parts) because your site diagram showed seat lid width as 395mm rather than the correct 365mm which caused confusion. Your support team were unable to confirm the correct width. That said, you couldn't be beaten on price and delivery was prompt.”
