“Reasonable website, good responses to telephone enquiries, good prices for my products and prompt delivery even though DPD delivered on wrong day.”

“Great price and product looks as I expected. Fab range of products available. Website and buying process straight forward but would have been better to be able to get delivered to a different address to billing. I needed it delivered to work as I am not home when post is delivered so I had to use a work credit card and repay them - I did try calling before placing the order to do this on the phone as suggested but did not get through. Minor issue though, love my new kitchen tap!”

“I would have preferred for there to be an option to send the item to an address other than the billing address, I have never not been able to have items sent to my work with any other delivery. I had to pay an extra £5 for Parcelforce to redeliver it to my work address. However, the taps are beautiful and far cheaper than I have been able to get anywhere else.”

“I had good notification about the delivery of my toilet seat and was even given a one hour delivery slot. The problem was they delivered it to someone else! I spoke to customer service the next day and they were very helpful and efficient. A new toilet seat was sent out immediately and was delivered correctly the following day. Mistakes happen and then it comes down to customer service and how they deal with them so in this respect Taps Empire are highly recommended. The product was good too - and a very good price.”
