“A little slow to acknowledge payment but very quick delivery there after. I think Taps Empire should have been able to answer my initial query concerning the compatibility of the referenced tap with a gravity fed hot water system rather than referring me to Franke Customer Services.”

“Easy transaction and fast delivery. Its a shame the colour of the tap was shown in the picture as bronze, but the actual tap is Chrome. My fault, I didn't read it properly, but the visuals are misleading. Otherwise good quality product.”

“Ordering a new tap was simple. Minor criticism in that we were told tap had been despatched when it had not because of vehicle breakdown. However matter was resolved following day and tap arrived as promised. Would use the company again.”
