“I bought a Perrin & Rowe Rubiq Sink Mixer with U Spout & Rinse in Chrome. It is a quality tap and I am pleased with the product. The website said that there would be a delay in getting the tap so I rang Taps Empire for a time estimate and was told that it would be at least 6 weeks and possibly longer due to delays at the manufacturer. I was therefore somewhat surprised to receive the tap the following day! Luckily I was in to receive delivery, it could have been a problem if I had been on holiday as I was not expecting the tap for several weeks. But the tap arrived well packaged and undamaged.”

“Product was as seen and fitted very well. Excellent communication. Only reason for not 5 stars was that on the confirmation email it stated that I was to be given a call an hour before delivery. This didn’t happen, and had to be left with a neighbour instead.”

“Ease of ordering though not every picture represents the item, ie full pedestal and half. Think search engine could be more detailed and opening up an item then closing takes you back to the top of the page is searches rather than back to where you were. Great to deal with though”

“Initial confusion over the website indicating an inability to deliver to my postcode, but quickly solved with a phone call. Very good, quick response and delivery, even though my order was "Safely Delivered" to THE WRONG ADDRESS, Carrier's error not Taps Empire as the item was well packed and correctly addressed.”
