“taps arrive when they said they would so all good. Can't comment on the taps themselves as the plumber's appointment i not untill next week, so keeping everything crossed they will be fine”

“Good customer service. The product that I ordered was showing in stock at time of delivery but was no longer in stock at time of picking. Changed delivery addresses a few times without any issue. My order was cancelled and refunded after 4 months due to supply issues. It would have been nice to have been advised that the order was being cancelled before receiving a refund notification email. When asked why the order was cancelled it was explained that the item was no longer available and an alternative product number was advised. This was ordered and delivered within a few days.”

“Fantastic! I ordered a bidet in the afternoon, it was delivered early morning the next day. Few shops sell this model but Taps Empire was the cheapest, so I thought I'll be waiting a while for it, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service too. I couldn't recommend them enough!”
