“Things went wrong for me. The tap arrived damaged which whilst frustrating was dealt with professionally. A prepaid label was emailed to return the product and a full refund issued. A replacement was offered but as we had the plumber on site to avoid any delays we sourced a replacement locally. I wouldn't hesitate to order again, if things go wrong they will do the right thing.”
