“At this time, I can only state that the tap was promptly delivered safely and in good condition. Since I could not arrange for a plumber until after its arrival, I am now awaiting installation. Hopefully, this will be within the 14 days I am allowed in which to return it if there is a problem. As a standard Grohe product, off the shelf, I am not anticipating any issue with the product. I was disappointed to see that web site prices are stated WITHOUT VAT and delivery charges until the checkout stage is reached. (But still a good price nevertheless)”

“This item took longer to sort than I wanted. I thought they had stock of these. But it had to come from manufactures which prolonged the wait for item.”

“I placed order for an in stock item but didn't hear anything for a week or so. I called them and talked to a very nice person who assured me the tap would be despatched that day with next day delivery. It arrived the next day. Later I had a question about the product so called again and spoke to an expert who answered the question and gave me good advice. A good service, I would have given 5 stars if I had received notification about the delay. Thanks Tap n Shower!”

“Bought this model to replace previous Grohe shower head. Really like the massage option but the O2 rain setting provides an excellent powerful shower. Great value and fantastic service from Tap ‘n shower UK Ltd.”

“good size sower door and easy to fit. the doors are reasonable steady with metal (brass i think) hinges. overall very good value”
