“I have been humming and haring around Tails.com for a while. I came across and took advantage of their free 1 months trial. Delivery was quick. Was really excited that everything came with my dogs name on it. I even had it delivered in my dogs name. sadly my GSD did not take to it or rather her system did not appreciate the food as this gave her the squirts. The food does come with a feeding guide but I did not continue after 2 weeks of trying to pick up very runny diarrhoea with normal poo bags. The website does have a pause and cancel deliveries option which I have cancelled. But there is no option to delete your details including bank details or close your account. The website is a bit of a let down especially as I have not given my permission for tails to store my banking details.”

We're really sorry to hear that your dog has had an upset tummy, we hope she's feeling a little better now! When switching over to a new food, it can take up to four weeks for digestion to settle, so you may find things improve with a little more time. It's important to introduce a new recipe gradually and over the course of at least a week, otherwise this can cause an upset tummy. We do also have an in house Nutrition Team available, and they'd be more than happy to look at making some changes to your dog's recipe to see if we can find something that suits her tummy better. Although you're not given the option to delete your account and remove your details from our website, if you get in touch, we can get that sorted for you from our end. If you'd like us to possibly look at another recipe for your dog, refer you to our Nutrition Team or delete your details and account, either drop us an email (hello@tails.com) or Facebook message so we can get everything sorted. “Excellent service. Easy to order or change your order. Great customer liaison. So helpful and always go the extra mile. Our little dog loves the dry food, the treats and the dental sticks. Deliveries are always on time and the price is reasonable.”

“Blu has been eating Tails dog food,since she was 8 weeks old.She is healthy,and growing nicely.She loves when it’s feeding time and leaves nothing behind in her bowl.Delivery is always on time.”

“Food is ok, bit monotonous, even with the varieties. There is too much overpriced Kibble in the deal and you cannot lower size it or skip the kibble (I suspect this is where their huge mark up comes from so they protect it). It's well packaged and delivered ok though.”

“My dog loves his kibble and since this is only part way through the second month of using Tails.com his agility has so improved... although jumping up into my raised garden border not ideal but am over the moon that it is definitely improving his joints! I can totally recommend as he needed to lose weight and we are nearly there and the fact he can have his treats as I am teaching an old dog new tricks! Juke came to me after suffering a bad attack by 2 dogs and did not even know how to play as his recent life had not been great. As a German Sheprador the black lab part lives for food but with tails he seems so much more satisfied after his 'scoops'. The only option personally that could do with tweaking and I guess hard to do is delivery dates. Often I am given a date of arrival and at the last hurdle it is brought forward... having disabilities I cannot guarantee help and delivering earlier than told can be awkward. That said my doggie walker and others have commented on how gleaming his coat is even the shaved areas have grown back in fantastic condition. I am so glad a friend recommended Tails, there is no going back! Thank you ... especially from Juke x”

“We tried Tails.com after our cleaner recommended it. Tilly, our miniature schnauzer used to leave her dry food in her bowl until she was starving, then she would eat the biscuits one at a time. With tails, we've been giving her a mix of wet and dry food and it's gone within minutes. The good thing is that we know what's in the food so there's no guilt to give her wet food at every meal. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great service easy to use and means I don’t need to remember or struggle with it! Price is great we have never run out, I have Harvey on a diet as he’s a little overweight and since feeding him this everyone is commenting how well he looks!”

“Everything is perfect from ordering, it's so easy even I can do it. You can delay delivery if you have any left, no problem. The price is really good for a service that caters for any difficulties,our dog has had trouble with pancreatitis in the past, since we have been getting the tailored feed from Tail.com we have had no problems and Tess loves it. Her coat is now beautiful and soft. Have not had to return anything or ask for a refund so I cannot comment on that.”

“My dogs love the food .We have dry food as well as the wet food.The only problem I have is that you can’t stop the dry food .I had to stop my 2nd dog order so that I can use the dry food up,”

“Myself and Margo are really impressed with our tails food. Margo loves it and her coat is in excellent condition. We tried different types of dental sticks but only tails will do for Margo. Also the wet food smells and looks really good. Margo has never looked back.”

“Poppet appears happy and certainly loves the different varieties of food, it is also easy to change items required by either adding or omitting with no problems, the delivery is always as expected with updates via email.”
