“Having been a customer for a few months now I’m happy with the choice of food for my dog and being able to go in and change selection of wet food means she never gets bored with her food. Great service from ordering to delivery.”

“After trying loads of dried food for our dog Dora we have settled on the tails mix that has been the best so far. She is a very fussy eater with certain allergies but now enjoys her feed.”

“Lexi initially ate her food with no issues then I I slightly changed her food format which she didnt like. My next delivery is back to the original plan and hoping she still likes the food. I did enquire on the wet food but at the moment not prepared to take a full tray as she may not like that so would be a waste of money imo. Would have been nice to have been sent a couple of samples of wet food to se if she did like it but they dont do that which is a shane”

“Rosie loves her Tails food but, we just get way too much Biscuit , need to knock 2 weeks off the next order to make it right!!!Tails are very good and always reply quickly to queries and put it right.”

“The personalisation aspect is brilliant along with the ability to update and have delivered home. Our only issue is that our dog seems to be very gassy and my god it can clear out the room! We have adjusted the mix to be for sensitive digestion and awaiting a change, fingers crossed”

“Ernest Topper is 9, but has the energy and health of a dog half his age. The food definitely contributes to this. The price is worth it! Delivery happens- for us we usually seem to have one month in hand even though he has exactly the recommended daily amount. (We could pause this, I know). I have no experience of returns or refunds.”

“My dog loves this food and it’s helped with his dietary problems, only problem I have is delivery if it’s due on a weekend you don’t get it till the Monday and by then you’ve run out of food.”

Hi there, Thank you for leaving us a review, we really appreciate it. I'm glad to hear that you've had a good experience with our Customer Service Team. However with delivery being such a big part of what we offer, we always want this to work well for you too. We have two delivery options currently - free deliveries with Yodel which have a three day delivery window, or named day delivery with DPD which has a £3.99 delivery charge. With DPD, you also get a one-hour delivery slot on the day and options to make in-flight changes such as delivery to your local DPD shop. If you'd like to make changes your courier option, you can do this easily from your tails.com account, or get in touch with us by Facebook Messenger or email (hello@tails.com) and we'd be happy to help. “Our main problem with tails is it isn't obvious (at least to me) how to change the food your dog eats once you've chosen it. He eats is - always eats it - but i'd like to switch it to grain free but don't know how.”

“Really like the idea of a tailor made food blend. Arrived fairly quickly and was well presented/packaged. Puppy seems to be enjoying the food so far!”

“I can only give Tails.com 4 stars as the food has not been suitable for my dog so far. But the customer service has been excellent and they are still trying to get the right balance for my dog. All correspondence has been prompt and courteous and they want to get the product right for my dog - cannot fault the customer service at all.”
