“My Siberian husky Alfie was becoming very fussy with food before I started him on Tails-he loves food time now and even asks for his dinner before it’s due. One very happy, healthy dog.”

“Beware! I thought i would try my Portuguese water dog on this food as she was getting fussy with the shop brands. Even though i only payed half price with the introductory offer i still wish i had got a sample first. When the Tails food arrived i followed the advise of only putting a quater of Tails food to three quaters of the old food, makes sense i thought, but within less than a hour of feeding she brought it all back up again. This was on the Friday afternoon, she was sick for 48 hours and could not even keep water down. She also developed a bright red rash on her belly and legs. As it was now the weekend our Vets was closed but we came very close to needing a emergency appointment but after advise to see if she was still sick by monday i waited, and on monday morning she was able to keep down water and a little of her old food. Tilly has not got a sensative stomach and normally has no problem with changing brands. so i would strongly suggest that if you are going to try Tails food get a sample first. i now have 9kg of food to go in the bin. i am afraid to pass it on to someone else in case it make another dog ill.”

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear that Tilly has been unwell. I hope that she’s feeling better now. This isn’t something we’d expect at all. It’d be great to find out more from you and help get to the bottom of what’s gone on here. It’s possible she has an intolerance to an ingredient in her recipe which is something we may be able to help with. “My dog is a Yorkshire terrier he is very fussy about his food but since he’s been having food from tails he absolutely loves it clean bowl every time, the price of tails food is very affordable and delivery is always on time .”

“The service is excellent, if a delivery date needs to be changed it is simple to do so. The food suits our dog, Poppy, she doesn’t suffer from runny poo’s like she used to on previous food! In fact she now has what we call easy pick up poo’s! Her coat is glossy and she enjoys eating the food. Although as a cross lab she will eat anything. We have recommended Tails to friends with dogs and they are also happy with it. Having it delivered means we don’t have to trail to the supermarket and carry heavy bags home. I highly recommend Tails to anyone.”

“Our 'Oska' is a typical eleven-and-a-half-year-old..., Jack Russell, who has owned us since he was six weeks old. I say 'typical' if there is such a thing. He still thinks and acts like a six month old puppy. Especially we changed his daily feed to 'Tails'. Having answered all the questions at the start, he's never looked back. His 'poo' was previously often rather loose and varied in frequency, but he's now as regular as clockwork three times a day. He absolutely loves his diet. In this current very warm summer climate he'll often leave some for an hour or so, but it all vanishes by about 4pm. (He has just the one meal a day: always had done from around four/five months of age, served at around noon. I would recommend Tails to any dog owner. Oh, by the way, Oska is the fourth JRT who has owned us in 51 years of marriage.”

“Our dog eats it most of the time but sometimes needs a small amount of water or gravy adding. The ability to adjust the delivery time really helps , although the offers to new customers not being extended to long serving customers is disappointing”

“My little Ollie Bob loves his tails food, and obviously their good dog treats, he’s been having tails food for quite some time now and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference. One of the big things I’ve noticed is his coat is much more silky and healthier. It’s super easy to change delivery dats, favourite flavours and food portions on there website. I would 100% recommend tails food for your dog. 🐕”

“Customer service is excellent, it's very easy to alter delivery dates if necessary. There is tracking on each delivery so you know exactly when to expect it. Good value for money, Oscar loves it!”

“Since our first trial we have never considered anything other than Tails for Achilles. Within a few weeks his coat was noticeably glossier and, since switching to a joint care formula, his hip stiffness has also significantly eased. He, and we, are delighted with all things Tails!”

“I would thoroughly recommend Tails.com. Our dog looks really fit and healthy and he maintains a good weight because his portions are so well controlled. Also, you can have certain additives such as maize removed from their food if you want to. His food always arrives on time every month and the order dates are very flexible.”
