“Great service and communication from Tails. Regular monthly updates to confirm when the food will be dispatched and the expected delivery date. Novo loves the food and is very excited when the next delivery arrives. For us, it is also good value for money as Novo is on sensitive food and comparable shop purchased products are either the same or more expensive to purchase.”

“Delivered quick. Replaced a bag when mine got delivered elsewhere. Quickly and without fuss. Customer service were brill. Price wise cheaper than weekly bag buying. Izzy loves.”

“Dexta had pancreatitis, so had to be careful what he ate, that’s when I tried tails.com. He hasn’t looked back. He is a collie and his coat is always shiny.”

“I feel tails is providing my puppy with all the vitamins and nutrients he needs to grow into a healthy dog! He loves the mix of dried food he has, he always finishes he meals and loves meal times ! I love the fact I’m given a measuring cup with how much I should feed buddy !”

“Customer service is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble & the staff are really polite & friendly! I changed my Sprocker Mia's food to Tails. com & I'm so pleased I did. She's a very young 10 year old, boundless energy, shiny coat & very good teeth & I put that down to her diet. I certainly won't change Mia's food again. Happy pooch, happy customer! Prices are good for the high quality food tailor made to your dogs needs!”

“Toby is a rescue dog, I couldn’t find anything that he enjoyed eating, He would just pick at what ever I tried feeding him, UNTILL my son recommended I tried Tails as that was what his dog had, BINGO I’d found something that he enjoyed, What’s more it arrived every month at a very reasonable price, Thank you tails.”

“I changed from a good quality dried food to Tails and I have to say it smells so nice and my dog licks her lips every time I reach for the scoop!! Their other products are also top quality eg poo bags, biscuits/treats etc”

“From day one max has enjoyed the tasty meat and treats from tails.com. The customer service is excellent and changes can be made to your order at the click of a button. The price isn’t too bad either, work out less than 2 quid a day. The delivery is second to none and can even be left with a neighbour if we’re not in. Keep up the good work.”

“The food is excellent quality. Todd our Labrador loves it and has the most shiny coat because of having such high quality food. I love the way I can add and remove treats, adjust delivery days to suit me and never have to worry about running out of food. Excellent. Thank you.”

“Amazing service. Couldn’t be happier! The website is so easy to navigate to make any changes that you require up to a few days before your delivery. The price is no different than what I’d pay if I was buying a known brand from a pet store or supermarket. My dogs 8yrs old and has arthritis, he was struggling with energy and even a 5 minute walk would set him off limping. Since buying from Tails, he has SO much more energy and can manage a much longer walk without even limping. It’s honestly changed his life. I’m so happy that we can now take him for longer walks and play with him. And see him with a bit of life in himself. And it’s all down to his food! 101% recommend!!!”
