“Great service from Tails, our dog Charlie has the biscits delivered every month, if by any chance he has some left over we can just postpone the delivery to suit us. We also get treats, poo bags, dental sticks etc and we are going to try wet food next. All in all a great company, highly recommended!”

“My dog is a very,very fussy eater but with the dry food especially designed for Paddy ,he does enjoy his food as far as fussy dogs go.. I always have 100% help and guidance from all the staff when I call them. The service is amazing.. Highly recommend this food..”

“Service is great, so friendly. I like that someone called to follow up after our first order. Price feels about right and deliveries are always on time. The flexibility is great too. The food smells good, looks good and my two dogs get so excited at meals times!”

“Perfect service all-round. Neville loves his food, different shapes keep him interested and he looks fab too. We have fed him a Tails mix from 12 weeks, his muscle development is great and his coat is beautiful and shiny. Reliable and quick delivery, i have brought my delivery date forward a few times and there has never been any issues, always came the day after or following. I was recommended Tails and i would do so myself.”

“Fergie loves his good and cots all weighed out properly for his age breed and size . He only has three legs , and it’s a front one missing so it’s really important that he doesn’t get fat. It’s also a great website and and easy to get round if anything needs changing”

“My dog Max is so fussy and never really got on with dry food, I’ve tried lots,he eats very slowly and when he wants which makes leaving wet food down during the summer very difficult,so I had to try something.He’s always had a sensitive tummy.thought that considering he’s 10 nothing will change but thought I’d give tails.com a try. I’m so glad I did,he eats it all most days,hardly ever has tummy issues,has lots of energy when walking,looks very healthy and loves his denta sticks also. Extremely pleased.”

“Tails.com are great my dog loves his food you also have your own login that has all your details and your dogs details you can change your delivery date they also inform you of when to expect your delivery and when they will be taking the money from your account. The price is really good you get two bags of food in your box Tails.com keep up the good work. Absolutely brilliant.”

“Never had to speak to customer service,like they email you every month before they take money i love that if you ask them that you dont need it one month and that you can give a date for next payment and delivery and the price is very good.”

“We love Tails! It’s great not having to worry if we have dog food in the house or if we need to make a quick dash to the shops. The variety keeps our dog guessing what’s for tea each evening which is great as she gets bored very quickly. Tails HQ are always friendly and nothing is too much of a bother. We can’t recommend Tails enough and have already referred some four legged pals.”
