“started my pug on tails bespoke dry food for a month.he was massively thirsty drinking way more water than usual(im assuming way too much salt in the kibble). after month he was peeing blood in his urine (assume kidney issues due to salt content) took him to vet, reverted back to previous diet and no blood. got lured in by promo offer , but will not be using again. r”

Hi Richard, We're really sorry to hear about these issues; I hope your dog's okay! Starting a new food can mean that your dog's introduced to some ingredients he hasn't had before, or doesn't get on so well with. That being said, we wouldn't expect to see a reaction like this. We do have an in house Nutrition Team available, and they'd be more than happy to look at making some changes to your dog's recipe to see if we can find something that suits him a little better. We'd really love the chance to look into what may have happened here and hopefully find something that'll work better for your dog. “Darcy really loves the wet food and I love that Tails.com can offer her such a wide variety of meals. She has never been much of a biscuit eater and many bowls of biscuits have been thrown out virtually untouched, but she really seems to like the biscuits made by Tails.com and very little goes to waste. This leaves us both happy and satisfied!”

“A simple and efficient service. My dogs coat looks so healthy, but the biggest improvements were in his poop, no sloppy mess any more, so his digestive system has benefited from the change of diet too.”

“Efficient delivery and easy to update our puppy’s weight before each delivery. Norman enjoys the food enormously. He is a lively thriving labradoodle puppy. His skin and coat have improved since feeding him food from tails.com”

“Myself and Harry my adolescent cockapoo, are delighted with the food recipe adapted for him. He always eats it and enjoys it. I have often rung for advise and always been given the best answers to my questions, by friendly well informed staff. We love tails.com and recommend anyone with a dog should try them.”

“Hi folks. FIA is 10 year old beautiful Belgium shepherd she has been and worked with me every day since she was 7 weeks old. Fia’s temperament is superb and loved by all. FIA has been on tails food for some years now and there’s never any waist meals left. I receive complements on her health and condition very often. Thank you tails for the good quality. “My dogs love the Tails food but once I adopted my second I found it difficult to justify the price, even though my dogs always cleaned their bowls. It’s great if you only have one dog!”

“I have a greedy labrador and through using the scoop and the recommended food she has lost weight and is down to the ideal size. The treats are small and tasty. Her coat is really shiny and she is very healthy. The food is average price and is delivered to the door which is really helpful as we live out in the country.”

“Rosie wasn’t enjoying the food that her breeder provided me with. She really likes the food from Tails.com. She is just coming up to six months so she will be down to two meals per day. I prefer the more solid variety as it is easier to divide. No more poo bags at the moment please.”

If you'd like to change the items in Rosie's ongoing orders, you can head to the Shop tab (tails.com/gb/products/) on your tails.com account. From here, you can pause the poo bags from Rosie's upcoming orders and restart them when you're ready. You can also change Rosie's wet food selection from here; just click on Edit Selection, and you can choose to receive pate recipes ongoing. “Our West Highland Terrier called Biscuit has been enjoying tails.com food for 2 years. She enjoying the wet food and nibbles on the biscuits in between meals. Delivery is always on time. Definitely recommend. Lesley Cooper”

“My dog Chico (Chihuahua) was under weight and suffered from allergies. As soon as we started using tails he doubled his weight and his allergies stopped! Its so convenient having it delievered to my door and i know i will never run out of food or treats! Highly recommend tails!”
