“Bought two kits as a "cheap" way of getting an E bike, converted my old mountain bike and the wife's shopper, in reality it was difficult to change modes on the go and the additional weight of the battery slung in front of the handlebars and hight up made a significant difference to the way the bike felt. After a few weeks, I removed the kits, sold the bike and bought "proper" r bikes which in reality is a far better option and if you shop around an area prepared to buy a "none branded," bike is not that much more than a conversion kit and is a far better way of getting an E bike”

“Hi . I received an Off (On) Momentary Long Rectangle Rocker Switch SPST it's faulty it does not stay on, I have emailed Ben about this, and I think the product should be checked before shipping. I have now perchest another, I do hope that this one is ok. Thanks for your time Paul 01525720559”

“Unfortunatly of the ten mosfets i recieved five were defective so this was very dissapointing i didnt have the time to complain and to wait for some time before getting replacements so i sourced elswhere .”

“Very poor communication, they tell you when ordering that you will receive an email confirming dispatch with tracking details. Still waiting! Very slow dispatch. Doubt I'll use again”

Hello, sorry to hear of the issue. I have looked into this and your order was dispatched on the 25th within 1 working day from ordering, an email was sent confirming this with the tracking details, please check your junk/spam mail folder in-case it is there. The tracking shows the package was delivered on the 27th, can you please double check and get in touch with us if you cannot find the package.

“Placed my order a few days ago, about £60 worth of components for a synthesiser project. Order arrived swiftly but one of the potentiometers was broken, and 12 of the resistors were the wrong size by quite a significant margin. I sent an email asking for replacements which were sent out on the next working day and arrived the day after; however, they only sent me 10 resistors of the right size rather than the 12 I needed. Needless to say this has been a fairly disappointing experience, but they do get points for speedy delivery and hassle-free customer service, as well as the majority of the order having arrived in good condition. I'll be going elsewhere for the missing parts.”

“Ordered from Switch on the 28-05-22 Just had an email advising they have shipped my order today. 07-06-22. 10 days before they ship anything, then another 3 working days for delivery. Not really good service. Original order says shipping method standard delivery 1-3 working days”

“Ordered motors with wires to use for Cub science badge project. Some arrived with wires already detached so had to re-solder. Wires kept falling off - had to re-solder and tape the wires to give us a working circuit. Very frustrating. The motors themselves are fine. Good size and work well. The issue was entirely the quality of wire/join to the motor. Next time will buy without wires as I think that will be easier.”

“The product is very good, Fork Crimps, however the company/people do not answer questions or have any form of communication. Tried phoning, no answer over several days, website contact, no response. All I wanted to do was return one oreder as I'd ordered the wrong size. Second order I mistakenly ordered two of one item. Price is good so not too concerned about not being able to return them, However they are very fast to fill and send an order, but impossible to contact.”

Unfortunately you did place your order at the start of the bank holiday weekend, so nothing was dispatched until the tuesday. “I ordered a micro piggy back fuse adapter. It didn’t arrive so I called them after 8 days. They were pretty good and sent a replacement and said it may have been lost in the post? When it arrived it wasn’t a micro fuse adapter but it was a low profile mini? I queried this and was told that low profile mini is also know as micro ????? Rubbish!!!!”

“This review would have been a 5 star review. As the delivery was extremely fast, and the products are worth the money. However they have failed to send one of the items I purchased, and their customer service is non existent. I gather there is a "covid-19" issue right now. But you should not be selling products if you cannot back that up with the decency to respond to a customer, when you fail to complete an order after receiving payment. 14 phone calls, and an email (which can be responded to from anywhere) since the 27th of April. No response. I don't believe I will be using this website again.”
