“Very poor quality. Stereo jack plug; Screw thread between the metal and plastic body was so poor it pulled apart when removing plug from socket. I couldn't be bothered to return them and just threw them in the bin!”

“My advise to you is change your carrier because they are usless they leave parcills on the door step and that to me is not deliverd i have had two deliverys from these peopal and not receide ever one of them despite there is a clear sing teleing the to leave it the porch”

Hello Jacob, Sorry to hear of the issue, it looks like you did not include your house number in your address, which is why it has not been delivered. We have since been in contact with yourself and sent a replacement package free of charge.

“Temperature sensors did not work. After metering out and a bit of research it turns out that they are manufactured incorrectly and this is a known problem. I emailed switch electronics with this and the fix of moving a resistor on the board. I never had acknowledgement of the email, but got a request for a review and to share my experience. How different an apology and acknowledgement would have made this review.”

Hello Steve. Thank you for the review and feedback. There have been strikes with the Royal Mail the past few weeks. These dates include the 23rd, 24th November and the 30th and 1st December plus the 9th,11th, 14th, 15, 23rd and 24th so due to the strikes, there will be a backlog of packages being delivered. “This seller "switch_elec" is a crook and a thief, He list an item for example for £2.20 Then you order four item totalling £8.80. and he goes and charge your credit card (£8.80 X 4 =£35.40) He never send the items, When you ask for refund he only refund you the £8.80 Only. He then ignore all future demand to refund the balance. He is dishonest and a thief. Avoid him like the plague.”

Hi Joseph, thank you for leaving your review. I have just looked into this and your order was placed via eBay on the 18th November and delivered on the 21st, we sent you the tracking number for your order. Your order was for £8.80 which is the amount you have been charged, because you have received the items on time and received a refund, can you please contact us so we can take payment for the goods you received. In reference to you stating we ignored your demand, we received a message from you on the 29th and replied the same day. “I bought 10 test clips and when I tried to use them, one was broken, 8 had no continuity leaving only one that worked. I contacted this company asking what they wished to do about it and have had no reply 10 x Alligator / Crocodile Clip Test Leads Double Ended SKU: 308006”
