Placed my order a few days ago, about £60 worth of components for a synthesiser project. Order arrived swiftly but one of the potentiometers was broken, and 12 of the resistors were the wrong size by quite a significant margin. I sent an email asking for replacements which were sent out on the next working day and arrived the day after; however, they only sent me 10 resistors of the right size rather than the 12 I needed. Needless to say this has been a fairly disappointing experience, but they do get points for speedy delivery and hassle-free customer service, as well as the majority of the order having arrived in good condition. I'll be going elsewhere for the missing parts.
