Bought two kits as a "cheap" way of getting an E bike, converted my old mountain bike and the wife's shopper, in reality it was difficult to change modes on the go and the additional weight of the battery slung in front of the handlebars and hight up made a significant difference to the way the bike felt. After a few weeks, I removed the kits, sold the bike and bought "proper" r bikes which in reality is a far better option and if you shop around an area prepared to buy a "none branded," bike is not that much more than a conversion kit and is a far better way of getting an E bike
