“No problem with item didn't work for what it was intended buy good quality band will use in future for something else”

“Paid for next day delivery. It took 7 days. On receipt of parcel it was obvious it had been opened prior to getting to me. The package with dirty and had been ripped down the side and then stuck back together with brown tape. I explained to the company j bought the goods off.”

“Seem like a good company to deal with and delivery was very quick. But, the quality of the goods was poor. This was a bundle of breadboard, power supply and jumper leads. The breadboard was particulaly poor, totaly unbranded, not even a country of origin. Difficult to push pins in and often the sockets pushed out the back of the plastic. The jumper leads not much better and pushing pins in resulted in the pin being pushed out of its plastic receptacle. Disappointing and cannot recommend.”

“Not really a moan about Switch, more about your choice of carrier. No time window on Royal Mail Tracked 24 so waited in all day Friday, then same on Saturday before delivery on Monday. Not great. Emails stating that they would “attempt to re deliver“ the following day were annoying too, there was no attempt to deliver. Get a decent courier.”

“Everything arrived promptly, as usual. However I was dismayed you had cut back the range of silicon-insulated extra-flex cables, notably the thick Black - to match the Red I bought. Also on a previous Order the paxolin wafer rotary switch 12-way - Mine are faulty. . . With the several poles (like 3-pole), the rotating wafer is "balanced" arround the stationary path, so contact is correct. With the single-pole it appears to be slightly angled, perhaps not gripping the rotatring shaft... so for some switch positions there is no contact.. making these 12-way switches unusable. This is the 1st opportunity I've had for "Feedback" as your website appears not to encourage comments... Cheers...H.”

“I felt it was rather expensive when you take into accoun the p & p charges. Very slow to arrive but of course due to the strikes, inevitable. Because of the charge, I would look to use a firm with free delivery next time.”

“All products received, inexpensive and VERY quick delivery. I had an enquiry so I was very disappointed that they did not answer my online enquiry and do not pick up the phone when I call. In future, if I use this company, I will place small orders to limit the damage in case I need to contact them to return anything as I'm sure they would never respond. Treat this company's 'Contact Us' policy with some scepticism, you may try to contact them but your chances of success seem to be limited.”

“The were efficient in sending the order, only they sent me not CD4017 which I ordered they sent me Cd4060 I did send an email to adres this issue, but they id not repond - oh well perhaps i can use the 4060 on one of my projects guess it is what it is”
