“I have to say I am somewhat disappointed. As a long-term user of the standard small Swiss key ring penknife ( I use must be at least 2x a day), I was looking to upgrade as my current one's knife and scissors were somewhat blunted and the addition of light was an attractive new option. The pen arrived without a battery for the light or instructions (I had to go to YouTube to work it out). I assume this happened when the penknife was taken out of its box to do the graphics for my mobile number. This too was a disappointment as the font is too large so the 4 at the end is hard to make out which was not clear on the website picture when I chose this option. So I love the penknife but Swiss store did not meet expectations.”
