“Great gift for a father who's hard to buy for! Because I got the gift engraved it was taken out of it's original packaging- which of course I expected. However, it was put back into original package and sellotaped over - considering this was a gift it didn't look too great , I would have liked better packaging but no real worries as I have put it in a box with no paperwork or authenticity. Still a nice, but expensive, little gift!”

“This was bought as a Secret Santa present for my Son in Law so had not been opened as yet but the process of buying this backpack was completely painless as the gentleman I spoke to on the telephone was so helpful realising that I had no idea of what I was purchasing with only a slip of paper to guide both of us. Well done Swiss-Store. If only all purchases were able to be made as easy as this one was.”

“never normally do reviews on stuff but I really wanted to as the service was absolutely fantastic. I ordered it at 2pm and it arrived the next day without express delivery, just standard. I had even got it engraved too which I expected to take a little longer but it didn't. My 11yr old loves it and is whittling away every day.”
