“Delivery excellent. But product disappointing. I required a 16cm leather strap for a man's watch (originally purchased through offer in Guardian newspaper). But the only 16cm leather strap available is in women's size - which barely fits. I did not realise this until the product had arrived and been fitted. Now, presumably, my watch is obsolete since you have discontinued the appropriate strap.”

“Very good service. Arrived quickly, despite our requirement for engraving. Slightly disappointed at the size of the knife, dimensions were not apparent when ordering but still very please at the price and delivery time.”

“All good. Product arrived in good time, as described, in good condition, and well packaged. My primary product was a Swiss Army knife. My secondary product, a sharpening stone given free with the primary, was stuck inside the box with a tiny blob of glue. NO problem for me but could be tricky for anyone looking to assess the product before giving as a gift. All in all, excellent.”
