“Backback quality is so amazing. I love my new bag. delivery was so fast. Unfortunately postman (royalmail) left the parcel in front of the door. Luckily noone stollen.. I prefer like DHL, then I can choose a alternative place like a shop where I can pick it up.”

“payed for next day delivery, they never even bothered to send my package out of the warehouse??? friend missed his birthday gift and it was a joint present from multiple people so they were all mad too. swiss store seriously dont care that your spending money on their products and might ship your product if they feel like it.”
