“I tried cancelling my engraving but the only thing that was cancelled was the price for the engraving. The clip arrived with engraving which I decided not to have but now can’t get a refund, only credit which I don’t want”

We’ve checked our records and didn’t receive a request to cancel the engraving before the item was dispatched. As engraving is a custom service, we’re unable to refund this once the work has been completed, even if the engraving fee was removed due to a system error.
