“I was delighted with the rapid and convenient service given by Swinnerton cycles. The front wheel that I bought has been well packed and is now fitted to my bike. I would certainly purchase from you again should the need arise and recommend to to other potential customers.”

“I bought a Ridgeback Panorama Tandem whilst bored at work one Friday afternoon. Before I knew it, it was at my front door ready to ride (3 days!). During transportation the disc rotor got bent. I rang Swinnerton cycles who requested a photo and without further a do two days later I had a new disc rotor at no additional cost. Craig was superb help and the service offered was incredible! The bike road beautifully and for any online purchases Swinnerton cycles will now be my go to!”

“Recently purchased an oval chainring, prior to purchasing the chainring I emailed to enquire suitability with the bike I was intending to use it on. Unfortunately no reply was received. The item arrived and did actually fit without issue however the delivery was slower than advised or expected.”

“What a brilliant shop! I’d not heard of Swinnerton Cycles, and it was only because I was searching for a particular product. Their customer service is excellent and they really went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely visit and shop with them again.”

“I researched Brooks saddles extensively before ordering from Swinnerton Cycles. The price was easily the best I could find on-line, and the saddle arrived by Fedex within a reasonable time. Excellent service!”

“I searched for a Boost wheel online and Swinnerton advert came up so I clicked on it. However the wheel that arrived was non-Boost - there weas no way of actually ordering the wheel I wanted and the advert was entirely misleading. I had to call Swinnerton to arange a replacement and pay postage to return the wrong wheel. I'd like to be recompensed for that please.”
