“Swinnerton were the only online cycle shop that had everything I wanted in stock: tubeless and disc brake tools, plus a thru-axle adapter for my car rack. A pretty diverse list, granted, but it shows that they know what modern cyclists need and are ahead of the bigger names on stocking. A speedier and more carefully handled delivery would have earned 5 stars. The box was broken open on arrival, though everything stayed inside (luckily) and delivery was within the stated timeframe.”

“Good service. Bit delayed in sending (ordered on the 10th, posted on the 14th. Then FedEx lost the parcel so didn't arrive until the 20th after 3 chases to FedEx. Not Swinnerton's fault at all but a faff for me”

“My wheel was packed in just a card board box with no extra protection from damage occurring. Need to add lots of bubble wrap or Styrofoam. Other than that a good transaction with fast shipment.”

“Swinnerton ignored a question I emailed them before I bought the bike but I found an answer elsewhere anyway so I bought from them because they were the cheapest shop who had the right bike in stock. It took about a week before the bike was delivered and there was no problems so i haven't had any reason to contact them again.”
