“Great price and product exactly as ordered. Would have been 5 star except delivery comms had no status updates, went from order confirmation to ‘we are delivering you package today’. Quick delivery however!!”

“Good price on the items I wanted, arrived fairly quickly, although no dispatch or shipping emails were received so I didn’t know when to expect delivery (just as well I was at home when the delivery came). When I rang to find out I was told the guy who does online orders “isn’t in today” - - really?!!”

“Good range of bikes available online with a decent January discount. Purchased the Trek marlin 6 and had it delivered within two days. Only concern was the box was ripped open in one corner on delivery but luckily no damage to the bike.”

“Ordered goods just before Christmas and added to order prior to despatch. Any queries I had Swinnertons replied promptly. The only problem I had was with the courier who delivered to a completely different address in another part of town. The only part of the address that's the same is the first 3 characters of the postcode. I don't hold Swinnertons responsible for this mix-up but the courier has some questions to answer. Fortunately for me, the person who received the parcel in error contacted me and brought the items around.”

“Haven't shopped with Swinnteron cycles before, but I have been aware of them for a while. They had what I wanted and it was in stock and competitive price. Ordering was easy, a confirmation email came, but then nothing, Emailed 6 days later to see if there was any update to my order, no reply but i did then get the notification of the order being shipped, email reply came a few days after i had received order. I would say communication isn't there strong point (could be the time of year (December)) Would have been 4.5 stars but that's not an option. I would shop with them again”

“The reason I gave them 4 stars, is due to the fact I was sent an email alert saying the item I wanted was back in stock, when actually It wasn't, and I only found out after several days when I enquired about something else. Once the item was in stock it was dispatched that day and arrived promptly.”
