“Ordered a Mahle PulsarOne cycle computer as the controls fitted to my merida ebike are not too good to operate and you have to keep looking down at the cross bar to see what electric mode you are in, which is not good in strong sunlight. The Pulsar computer gives all the information you require and is dead easy to sync with the bike system and big digits make it easy viewing. The delivery was excellent and well within Swinnertons time scales. Great price, great service. 5 stars!”

“The survey asking how my order went has arrived before my order has even been shipped. My order from Leisure Lakes, made the same day, arrives today via DPD. My order from Swinnerton hasn't changed status since I placed the order. So by default, they get a 1 / technical fail.”

“Good price for some spare parts for my trek bike, however let down by high postage cost (£6 for a postable item) and very slow dispatch with no emails to update on the process. Swinnerton were quick to respond to my email query however.”
